This time we will observe the parts of the internet and the network. Before we observe the parts of the internet and networks, we must be able to know factual, conceptual, and procedural based on their curiosity about knowledge of technology and information.

After we know the factual, conceptual, and procedural, we must recognize what the internet is, whether it's local internet or so on.

After we learn some of these things, then we will immediately be able to observe parts of the internet and networks.

1. Understanding the Internet.

The internet is a computer network that connects from one computer to another throughout the world.

In order to make an internet connection, let's study the following two:

• a. Modem
•  The definition of a modem is a modulator demodulator whose function is to convert digital data to analog data.
• b. Modem Type
• The type of modem itself is divided into two, namely External Modem and Internal Modem.

3. Internet Facilities

Internet facilities are computer networks, targets or existing facilities on the internet, including:

a. E-mail

b. FTP

4. Mailing lest

5. Gopher

6.Telnet

7. IRC
